• ✕Currency, gold, jewellery & precious stones — cash, bullion and high-value valuables cannot be couriered.
• ✕Weapons, ammunition & explosives — including replicas, fireworks and crackers.
• ✕Flammables & hazardous goods — lighters, gas cylinders, paints, chemicals, corrosives.
• ✕Narcotics & contraband — all illegal drugs and psychotropic substances.
• ✕Loose lithium batteries & power banks — airline dangerous-goods rules prohibit them in cargo.
• ✕Electronics with built-in batteries — phones, laptops and other devices with lithium batteries cannot be shipped.
• ✕Perfume — flammable; cannot be carried by air cargo in any quantity.
• ✕Knives, scissors & sharp objects — blades and sharp tools of any kind.
• ✕Aerosols & pressurised cans — deodorant sprays, shaving foam, etc.
• ✕Perishable meat, fish & live animals/plants — including seeds and soil to most countries.
• ✕Alcohol & tobacco — prohibited or heavily restricted to most destinations, incl. all Gulf countries.
• ✕Pornographic or offensive material — strictly prohibited, especially to Gulf countries.
• ✕Counterfeit goods — fake branded items are seized at customs.

• !Medicines — need a doctor's prescription in the receiver's or sender's name; payment invoice required and only up to 3 months' quantity allowed.
• !Food items — packaged/dry foods with FSSAI certification generally OK; each country has its own rules (e.g. no homemade meat products). Ask us first.
• !Ayurvedic products & herbal items — need ingredient labels, manufacturing details and date; some destinations require import permits.
• !Goods in commercial quantity — commercial shipment documentation assistance provided.
