Yes — free doorstep pickup across Ernakulam district including Alangad, Aluva, Paravur, Kalamassery, Perumbavoor, Angamaly and nearby areas. For urgent same-day pickups, call or WhatsApp us before noon.
For personal shipments: sender's Aadhaar/passport copy, the receiver's full address and phone number, and a simple list of contents with approximate values. For medicines: a doctor's prescription. For commercial shipments: GST invoice. We prepare all the shipping paperwork (AWB) for you.
Basic carrier liability is included on every shipment. For high-value items, additional shipment protection can be added at booking for a small percentage of the declared value — we recommend it for anything valuable or fragile.
Yes — dry and packaged foods (snacks, spices, tea, rice) with FSSAI certification are shipped every day. Each country has its own rules: meat products, fresh produce and homemade items without labels are restricted in many places. Tell us what you're sending and we'll confirm what's allowed for that destination.
If the shipment value is within the destination's duty-free limit, usually nothing. Above that, the destination customs may charge import duty/VAT which the receiver pays before delivery. We'll advise you of the likely charges for your destination before you ship.
Every shipment gets a tracking number, printed on your receipt. Go to our Tracking page and click "Track on Aramex.com" — it will direct you to a page where you can enter your tracking number. We also send the tracking number by WhatsApp at booking.
Usually not. Tracking commonly pauses during customs clearance or long-haul flights. If there's no movement for more than 48 hours, contact us and we'll raise it directly with Aramex on your behalf.
